Stress has become a bigger and bigger problem for many. Are you one of the people who has a hard time making your everyday work, then a stress course may be right for you.
We will work together with removing your stress factors, so you can come back to a regular every day. We train your mental processes, so you once again can see the possibilities and strengths instead of the obstacles and challenges.
The session will either be face-to-face in Copenhagen and West Zealand or via online medias.
